Drinkz Inc are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Breda, Netherlands
Salary: €45,000 per year + Bonuses

Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
– Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
– Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team.
– Implement and optimize warehouse procedures to enhance productivity.
– Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
– Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
– Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
– Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to facilitate timely deliveries and returns.
– Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the FMCG sector.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
– Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
– Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
