Position: Stock Controller in Calais, France

Details:

– Oversee and manage the company’s inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.

– Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances to maintain data accuracy.

– Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient replenishment of stock.

– Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures and best practices.

– Monitor product shelf life and coordinate with relevant departments for proper disposal or rotation.

– Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and potential issues.

– Coordinate with logistics to facilitate smooth goods flow and minimize stockouts.

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the stock management process.

– Proven experience in stock control, preferably in an FMCG or distribution environment.

– Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

– Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

– Knowledge of FMCG industry and sourcing processes is an advantage.

– Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
