– Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager in the FMCG industry.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– In-depth knowledge of FMCG product sourcing and supply chain processes.
– Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills.
