Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Rosendale, Netherlands

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the transportation of FMCG products, ensuring on-time deliveries and compliance with quality standards.

– Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.

– Handle documentation for customs clearance, ensuring adherence to regulations for international shipments.

– Oversee inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to optimize stock turnover.

– Negotiate rates and manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders.

– Proactively identify and resolve logistics challenges to minimize disruptions.

– Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

– Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector.

– Strong understanding of FMCG logistics, shipping regulations, and customs procedures.

– Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
