Location: London, UK (with remote working options)
Salary: £80,000 per year
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes within the company.
– Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
– Analyze and improve supply chain and logistics operations for maximum efficiency.
– Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
– Implement best practices for inventory management and demand forecasting.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team to achieve organizational goals.
– Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operational activities.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
– Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
– Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes.
– Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
– Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation.
