Position: Office Administrator

Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

Company Overview:

Join Spirit Studio, a leading FMCG company based in London, renowned for delivering exceptional products to consumers. We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and optimise our operational processes.

Location: London, UK (with remote working options)


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  3. Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff.
  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organisation.
  6. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  7. Assist in the organisation and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
  8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
