Position: Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Spirit Studio. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our studio by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness and spirituality and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate studio schedules, appointments, and room bookings to ensure optimal use of space and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of client appointments, payments, and other relevant information using our studio management software.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including processing registration forms, waivers, and payments.
  • Collaborate with our team of wellness practitioners to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate studio events, workshops, and classes, including managing registrations, setting up equipment, and assisting with promotional efforts.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives by updating our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials with relevant information and content.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a wellness, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with studio management software or booking systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Passion for wellness, spirituality, and personal development, with a genuine desire to support others on their journey to greater well-being.
