This role is pivotal in driving sales and ensuring efficient distribution of our premium beer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retailers, bars, restaurants, and wholesalers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
• Distribution Oversight: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, including tastings, events, and special offers to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and distribution activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyse market data and trends.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the FMCG sector and the beer market.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
