As a Data Analyst at MXL Mining Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will extract, transform, and visualize data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Responsibilities:
– Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
– Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies, and present findings to stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
– Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
– Perform ad-hoc analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
– Identify opportunities to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and operations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
– Proven experience (3 years) in data analysis.
– Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
